Community Meetings Oct. 17 and 19 on the facilities-related school bond issue
As the November 7 bond vote approaches, we want to ensure that everyone in our community understands the facility needs the BCLUW Community School District is facing and the proposed plan to address these needs.
With this in mind, we would like to invite you to two upcoming community meetings:
- Tuesday, October 17 at the BCLUW High School library in Conrad, 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 19 at the BCLUW Middle School gymnasium in Union, 6:00 p.m.
These meetings will give you an opportunity to learn more about the $8.8 million bond issue and why it’s important for achieving our collective goal of providing students and staff with a safe, quality learning environment now and in the years to come.
For more information about BCLUW’s facility needs, the proposed project scope, the tax implications of an approved bond issue, and answers to other questions, please visit www.bcluwbond.org.
