2024 Summer Rec Registration Form

Hi Comet families!
We are excited to be able to provide our Summer Rec programming again for summer 2024! This program is successful because of your support, and we appreciate you continuing to take part in our programs in our community so we can continue to provide these activities for our kids!

If you have more than one child planning to be involved, please fill out the form for each participant. Please fill out the form before Friday Feb. 16th. We would like to get a firm headcount on the number of students participating at various levels so we can get teams formed and coaches established.

**New this year! - Parents of Softball/Baseball Participants in grades 3-6 please plan to attend a short informational meeting on Feb. 28 at 6:30 in the high school commons. We plan to get jersey orders and league fees taken care of during that time.
